SINGAPORE, Sept. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Themed “Transforming The Way We Build”, the 2019 International Built Environment Week (IBEW) was held at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore from September 3 to September 6.
