Berkshire Hathaway congratulates Breakfast of Champions

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors recently honored Montgomery County sales associates for their sales performance for May at a monthly Breakfast of Champions.

Sales associates honored were Linda Baron and Mickey Sokel, of the Blue Bell office; Amin Beyah, Megan Cornely, Tom Pelchat, Marie Pogue, Michael Sivel and Chris Smith, of the Chestnut Hill office; Barb Gulick, Lisa Lester and Christina Richter, of the Collegeville office; Mary Ann Alig, of the Harleysville Home Marketing Center; Jeffrey Parkins, Sara Perez, Paul Welsh and Holly Yablonovitz, of the Jenkintown Home Marketing Center; and Angel Farrell and Fred Hencken, of the Spring House Home Marketing Center.

Weichert Realtors welcomes sales associate

Raymond “Scott” Troxel, manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Collegeville office, announces that Jennifer “Jen” Pollick has joined his sales team.

“I am happy to welcome Jen to the Collegeville office,” Troxel said. “Her clients appreciate her market knowledge, as well as her enthusiasm, fresh perspective and warm personality. Jen is a great addition to the Weichert sales team.”

Pollick joins Weichert with a background in civil drafting, development design and home improvement marketing and services. She lives in Upper Pottsgrove with her husband, Jason, and three sons. The whole family is active in the Boy Scouts of America: Jason is a Scout leader and Jen is a committee member, while the boys are young Scouts. In her spare time, Pollick enjoys arts and crafts, reading, gardening and traveling.

Jenkintown office leaders honored

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors salutes sales associates in the Jenkintown Home Marketing Center for being the office leaders for the month of June.

The Connie Berg Team, led by Connie Berg and consisting of Vicki Klink, Leslie Porter, Grant Briskin, Christi Finkel and Natalie Rich, has been recognized for listings. Licensed since 1982, Berg, ALHS, is a recipient of the Chairman’s Circle, Top of the Rock and Five Star Real Estate Agent Awards. She is a resident of Meadowbrook.

The Maryclaire Team, led by Maryclaire Dzik, has been recognized for volume and units. Licensed since 1993, Dzik, broker, ABR, CRS, GRI, CNE, is a recipient of the Leading Edge Society Award. She is a 35-year resident of Cheltenham Township.

Berkshire Hathaway welcomes sales associate

Linda Ostrowsky and Lauren Sisson, sales leaders of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors Blue Bell office, welcome Gwen Gable as a sales associate.

“I joined BHHS Fox & Roach because I am passionate about assisting clients meet goals either selling or buying real estate,” she explained.

With a 25-year background in real estate finance, sales and underwriting, Gable, CNE, resides in Montgomery County and is a member of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors. She serves Montgomery and Bucks counties.
