Real estate investor StarPoint Properties bought the Legends at Chase Oaks, a 346-unit multifamily community on Legacy Drive near U.S. Highway 75 in Plano. Built in 1997, the Legends at Chase Oaks has 32 two-story buildings on almost 35 acres. Will Balthrope, Drew Kile, Joey Tumminello and Grant Raymond of Institutional Property Advisors brokered the sale.
A local investor acquired 6.62 acres at 4106 and 4107 Love Bird Lane and 5500 Blue Bird Ave. in Dallas. Justin Owen of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale with Michael Ytem of Younger Partners.
Stonelake Capital Partners signed a new 73,986-square-foot industrial lease at 1207 W. Crosby in Carrollton. Nathan Denton and Stephen Williamson of DFW Lee & Associates negotiated the lease with Keenan Cook of Mercer Co.
